1. Overview & Platform Role
TransHola Inc. ("TransHola", "we", "our", or "us") operates a next-generation group transit marketplace and algorithmic dispatch network connecting charter clients, event coordinators, educational institutions, and corporate enterprises with independent, licensed commercial fleet operators.
This Privacy Policy explains how TransHola collects, stores, processes, and protects personal and operational information across our websites, APIs, mobile applications, client portals, and connected telemetry services.
2. Information We Collect
To provide accurate instant quotations, dispatch coordination, and compliance tracking, we collect the following categories of information:
A. Account & Contact Information
Names, corporate email addresses, phone numbers, billing addresses, company name, and department affiliation when you register, request a quote, or execute a charter contract.
B. Itinerary & Movement Logistics
Origin pickup coordinates, destination addresses, waypoint stops, flight numbers for automated airport delay tracking, passenger headcounts, luggage counts, and special accessibility requirements (e.g. ADA wheelchair lifts).
C. Telematics & Geolocation Data
During active charter operations, real-time GPS coordinates, vehicle speed, heading, route progression, and estimated time of arrival (ETA) telemetry are processed through our Kalman filtering dispatch engine.
D. Payment & Billing Details
Payment transaction tokens, corporate purchase order numbers, and ACH/wire transfer confirmations. Payment card transactions are processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways; TransHola never stores raw credit card numbers or CVV codes.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process your personal and trip information strictly for legitimate commercial and operational purposes, including:
- Algorithmic Pricing & Capacity Matching: Calculating real-time charter quotations based on distance, duration, vehicle availability, and regional regulatory constraints.
- Dispatch & Operational Fulfillment: Connecting clients with vetted partner operators and enabling dispatch captains to monitor route execution.
- Live Flight & Corridor Tracking: Synchronizing commercial airline arrival feeds with driver staging gates at airports (e.g., DXB, JFK, LHR, CDG).
- Safety & Emergency Response: Providing 24/7 dispatch captains with real-time telematics in case of weather diversions, road closures, or roadside assistance.
- Scope 3 ESG Emission Reporting: Generating audited carbon offset and net-zero transit verification certificates for enterprise sustainability disclosures.
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining audit trails required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), US Department of Transportation (USDOT), and municipal transit authorities.
5. Telematics, Live GPS & In-Transit Security
TransHola incorporates advanced Kalman-filtered spatial telematics to provide passenger peace of mind. During active service, GPS ping frequencies are optimized for precision tracking while preserving driver and passenger device privacy.
Telemetry streams are encrypted using TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Access to live tracking links is restricted to authenticated trip coordinators, assigned dispatch officers, and the designated onboard group lead.
6. GDPR, CCPA & Cross-Border Data Transfers
TransHola complies with international data privacy laws, including the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 on Personal Data Protection, and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Cross-border data transfers from the European Union or United Kingdom to central dispatch servers rely on European Commission approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and rigorous technical safeguards.
